Will My Images Be Retouched?
Absolutely all images are retouched to enhance color, brightness, and sharpness, in order to display best quality for viewing, printing and social sharing.
Will You Travel To Me?
Yes, I can come to your location or can choose for the photographer to select best location for your shoot. There is only an additional travel fee if you are outside the photographer coverage area.
What About Inclement Weather?
In the event of inclment weather we will try to get you rescheduled for another day that works best for you, if that is not possible then you may choose to apply your balance towards a credit for later date and time or recieve a full refund.
What If I Need To Cancel My Session?
In the event that the client needs to cancel their appointment, the full retainer or sitting fee will be applied toward a photography session at a future date. If the client would prefer to receive a refund, the following schedule will apply:
If client notifies us of the cancellation more than 21 days before the scheduled session date, the client will receive a refund of all but 10% of the deposit or sitting fee. In the event of a No SHOW to your session, any deposits made are non-refundable and will require rebooking of service; which will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
If client notifies us of the cancellation less than 21 days before the scheduled session date, no refund will be issued.
Can I Reschedule?
If client needs to change the date of their session, or is more than 20 minutes late for their session (NO SHOW)*, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. This fee will not apply to sessions rescheduled due to weather.
I Booked Online, What Happens Next?
Awesome! Thanks so much for booking online. You will recieve an email confirmation of your scheduled date and time. The photographer will reach out to you the day of your session to confirm exact meeting spots, and time and to discuss any waether situations that may be on going.
What Should I Wear?
Why Is There a Deposit?
Deposit are required to reserve the photographers time, we hate to waste your time so the same applies for the photographers. Once your deposit is made you will get an email confirmation and your photographer will reach out to you within 24 hours of shoot time to go over specifics for your shoot.
How Do I Pay My Remaing Balance?
If you saved your credit card information when you booked a session then you will automatically be charged any remaining balance the day of your session. If you choose not to save a credit card then you will be sent an invoice 24 hours prior to the start time of your session. All sessions must be paid in full prior to the start time.
How Will I Recieve My Images?
You will receive an email with a link to your gallery.
Do I Get a Print Release?
Yes it will be attached to the gallery for you email, this does not apply to photographer fee only bookings, unless you purchase images from your gallery.
Can I Order Prints?
Of Course! You will have access to order prints through your gallery link after our session.
How Long Until I Recieve My Images?
Turn around time to recieve your images is 48-72 hours.
Can I Change My Outfits?
Definitely you can change your outfits as many times as you like within your session time. I recommend no more than 2 outfits for a 1 hour session.
How Many Poses Do I Get?
Unlimited, our sessions consist of switching up poses, expressions, and getting all the fun candid moments.
